How to test VoIP packet loss using an online tool



OK .. So this website does not seem to work on certain network. Assuming this is due to the fact that certain ports are blocked on the company firewall.
However, it did work well on the external hotspot connection, which is good.

And the result were around 0 % upload packet loss and 0.7% download packet loss. The test seem to have ran for around 10 seconds, average latency was coming to around 500 ms, Jitter was around 138ms. \
Decided to look into the network side of it using Wireshark and below were the results.

OK from Wireshark, it appeared to be sending the packets to their server with IP 52.205.208.0-52.205.208.255. The packets were DTLS packets so could not figure out what was exactly being sent. Each packet were of 231 byte length so it must be some encoded information for sure.
