Apparently from the release notes, it seems to be so! Also, did some analysis on this using like below and it seems to be using it
MyApp below is .app file.
nm MyApp | grep UIWeb
Now looks like Apple has fixed this issue in the release that they made on Sep 10 2019, 6.8.1 version.
So, using this would let us avoid this error from happening.
