This is quite simple below are the steps
- On the git hub repository, look up the Insights tab
- Click on Community
- From here, Select the License, there are other items also such as Pull request template, Issue Templates, Code Of conduct etc.
- Once selected, this will be asked to add to a new branch or current one.
